It depends. It is out of the Senate Bill, but it’s still in the House Bill. If the Senate Bill passes, then they have to reconcile the two bills. So, as the final Bill hasn’t been compiled, it’s impossible to answer that yet.

Not at the moment, however depending on what happens in Congress when the House and Senate get together to compromise on the two bills it could still be included again. Even if the public option is not in this time, the groundwork has been laid for it to be added later.
